Moderation is NOT for This Monican

I know moderation is great and all, but deep down to the core of my soul I am not a person who thinks or does or lives in moderation. It’s not a good thing, but it’s who I am and I’ve come to learn how to fight against it sometimes and just go with it other times. Right now I cannot get enough of the following things in my life. I am obsessed with them and for right now at least moderation isn’t for this Monican…

everything in moderation except vodka

1. Eggs. Every day I have them at some point either for breakfast, lunch or dinner – sometimes for all three.

2. Running. I skipped my rest day this week to run for my heart. I just needed time to zone out and breathe hard and sweat and listen to that Hot Line Bling. I was probably bad for my legs (they’re tired now) but good for my soul.

3. PUPPIES. I am obsessed with my parents’ dogs. I just feel like my heart bursts with happiness when they are trying to love me up.

Look how photogenic Bonnie and Clyde are today!

4. Eyeliner. Truthfully, I was just trying to even it out and it kept getting thicker this morning. It’s a little much for the day time, but chicks dig it.

5. Quest Bars. Every day.

Great Suit Watch of 2015: The suit I saw hanging on the path the other day is still there and now there’s a flower clipped on the sign! Someone commented on Instagram that it’s a movement to leave suits for homeless people? That’s a great cause but I don’t think it’s the best place to do that. Stay tuned for more.
