25 Days of Fitness Day 2
Today is Day 2 of the 25 Days of Fitness – today is all about the party in the back. A few of you requested some pictures of the moves.
Well, here ya go… in all my post-tequila-taco-Tuesday glory…
The workout is
- 100 squats
- 50 single leg deadlifts (each side)
- 50 donkey kicks (each side)
- 100 hip lifts
(^squats on top / deadlifts on bottom)
(^donkey kicks on top / hip raises on bottom)
And now I’m off to run, eat, bug Vegas, check email, drink a ton of seltzer… the usual.
