Jeremih – You and I: Hip Rolls & Abs Easy Dance Workout

Ahhh yeah. This is my new favorite dance workout. I am soooo down with this. Be sure to engage your abs during this entire dance to really get a good workout in your core. Roll those hips and have fun with it!
