BeachBody GIVEAWAY!!!

Hello! Today I’m giving away TWO awesome gifts from BeachBody!! I’m super excited because I am obsessed with both of them right now. I’ve been using the BeachBody on Demand workouts and the performance drinks as complimentary to my running and it has been a complete game changer. I finally get it.

I love running. Hello yes we know. And I do try to get in cross training, but hate that it takes so much effort. I usually have to look up a strength or yoga class at the gym, make sure it works with my schedule, drag my sad carcass over there and do the class (call the wah-mbulance).

Well, the “on Demand’ option for BeachBody has made my life (okay mostly just my fitness efforts) so much easier! I just click over, pick a workout and get sweaty. Boom. Done.

The best part is I can put my laptop next to my TV and watch my favorite show of the moment at the same time.

Right now my favorite workout series is the 21 Day Fix but I also did a few others and enjoyed them (and got sore).

And recently the nice people at BeachBody sent me their line of Performance drinks.

The protein powder is for after running – especially delicious on a hot day.
