I’m a little late with this post because I had a VERY unexpected knock at the door this morning. Then, I had a very delicious brunch/breakfast/I don’t know if you call if brunch if you don’t drink.
Since it’s November 1st we should also talk about my October Highlights!! (I recently realized I didn’t do September highlights, I need to get it together.)
Favorite RUN:
Rock N Roll Los Angeles Half Marathon
I love running with SR even though I tell her bad words when she makes me run faster than I want to.
Favorite EAT:
Shabu Shabu was a delicious new experience.
And I’m still excited about my veggie noodle maker thing.

There will be a place for your name, email and goal for the month. Signing up makes you eligible to win the prizes but you must check in each week day to be entered for that day’s prize.
2. Set a goal to WALK or RUN or MOVE x amount of miles or minutes in November. These could be miles OR a set time on the treadmill OR outside/inside walking or running or cycling… Do your favorite exercise!
Examples:
I will run 50 miles in November!
I will take a 30 minute walk each day!
I will go to Pilates 3 times a week!
I will walk my neighbor’s dog when they’re at work and hopefully they won’t call the cops again…
3. Leave a comment on RunEatRepeat.com every weekday from Nov 1st to Nov 28th with your Mileage/Minutes Check-in for that day to stay on track and accountable.
