Hi! I have a list of all the winners of recent contests below. The winners have been contacted via email, but I wanted to make sure you knew the contests were over and winners were picked. And since it’s Monday we can do a quick mini-goals check!
First let’s say ‘hi’ to Toby! I spotted my lil cat friend this morning. I haven’t seen him while running for at least a few weeks now!
You know why running is gross?
Well, a lot of reasons.
But one is that bugs get stuck to you and sometimes sweaty sunblock collects in your arm crease. Aaaaand if you’re really lucky you get bugs stuck in your crusty sunblock arm. Boom.
I read a while back that garlic and onions are considered some of the ‘best cancer fighting foods’. Good! I love them both.
So even though I probably stink to the moon and back I ordered this super garlic-y dish at a local Thai place last night. It was amazing. I’m going to put garlic and onions in everything (except cereal) from now on.
Ever since I did my Health Coach certification I feel a call to treat my body better, eat better and pursue a diet full of super power fruits and veggies! Next thing I am going to incorporate more is beans.

Monday Mini-Goals:
Okay seriously, how did your mini-goals go for last week?
Mine went pretty well except I did skip yoga one day. I didn’t completely clean out my email, but I did catch up with a lot of it.
This week my goals are: do yoga every day, finish the kitchen – put everything away I want to keep, give away anything I don’t 100% need.
Question: What are your mini-goals for this week?
