Hi! I wrote this post while I was in Florida a couple weeks ago, but am just posting now. Luckily, good sleep is always in season so here it goes…
I’m hanging out in Florida for one more night before heading home to California. Every time I visit I take melatonin at night to help me get on the Eastern time zone. The combination of my usual Pacific time zone and the need to get up and run before it gets too hot here meant I started this practice years ago.
The other day someone from Emergen Zzz contacted me to try their product and share my thoughts. Ah! Perfect timing since I:
A.) am already taking a melatonin supplement
B.) am obsessed with Emergen C and wanted to try this product
EMERGEN‐Zzzz combines 3 mg of Melatonin to help you fall asleep naturally, with 500 mg of vitamin C and other key antioxidants zinc and manganese to fortify your body while you sleep.*
They are sending me a bunch of it to California but since I was already in Florida and needed it I rushed out to buy some immediately. The local grocery store had this flavor, berry and peach. This was in the sleep aid section of the store, but I’d check the vitamin C and vitamin area if you don’t see it right away.
Thoughts on Emergen-Zzzz:
1. Like the taste of the berry flavor.
2. Like that you can drink it cold. I prefer cold drinks. But you can also make it hot too!
3. Like that it also has Vitamin C – two birds with one stone drink.
4. Helped me wind down and feel ready for bed at a decent time.
You can take Emergen Zzzz for up to two weeks.
Rufus likes to hang out with me on the couch while we watch New Girl and I sip my drink. Cheers!
Good night… (I did not wake up like this.)
Question: Did you get enough sleep last night?
