Well that mild weather only lasted one day because this morning’s run was HOT. I went out for a 6 mile run and ended up needed water on the way back.
I bought this GALLON of H2O because it was only 64cents. I guess I get 6 miles to the gallon…
Breakfast was the usual eggs and oatmeal combo. I also had a banana with PB before my run.
Then, I headed to the grocery store with Ben’s mom for a ‘few things’…
And this happened at some point…
Okay. So I think I may have officially become a full time crazy person (as opposed to a part time one). I have been wanting to buy little weights to use during my walks and finally grabbed some at the store yesterday.
I took them with me on my afternoon walk and mostly concentrated on pumping my arms but did do a few triceps and shoulder moves too. I’m pretty sure I look like a nerd alert when I’m doing these things, but hey… it is what it is.
Well, if you need me I’ll be speed-walking in a magenta velour jumpsuit…

1 = normal
10=not even my mom will be my friend
